Empowering Girls in Sport Workshop

Former Australian Rules Footballer Ailish Considine delivered an "Empowering Girls in Sport" workshop for Naomh Mhuire LGFA and Oranmore Maree Camogie on Saturday.

Ailish covered the benefits of staying in sport, female role models, positive body image, social media, sleep and diet, sport and the menstrual cycle, and managing school and sport.

The girls were totally engaged as they learned more how to continue their sporting journey.
